The remaining sexual assault lawsuits against Sean "Diddy" Combs are still pending.

For his fourth and apparently most "deplorable" claim for the supposed assault of an anonymous lady, Jane Joe, Diddy and his lawful group purportedly mentioned additional opportunity to answer.

In a court documenting got by Up and coming Hip Bounce, Brushes' legal counselor Jonathan Davis made the solicitation "because of conditions past the control of the Brushes Respondents, which conditions are of a private sort."

Davis then mentioned to broaden the ideal opportunity for Brushes and others blamed to answer and document their resistance from December 27, 2023 to January 17, 2024.

The case refers to the fourth and most recent lawsuit that was filed on December 6 against the music mogul. In that lawsuit, Jane Doe claimed that Combs and two other men gang-raped her in New York in 2003 when she was 17 years old, including Combs' longtime right hand Harve Pierre and another unnamed man.

The legal counselors addressing Jane Doe are purportedly similar ones who, under a month earlier, addressed Brushes' ex Cassie - whose rape claim put into high gear his ruin.

However the previous couple immediately agreed to an undisclosed sum, three different ladies (counting Jane Doe) have since recorded their own rape claims.

Combs issued a statement to his Instagram account shortly after the fourth lawsuit was filed, in which he vehemently denied all allegations, referred to them as a money-grabbing scheme, and stated, "I will fight for my name, my family, and for the truth."
