Sophia Shrub has as of late said something regarding past reflections in the midst of her separation and sickness.
Taking to Instagram on January, the One Tree Slope alum posted a photograph of herself, while glancing back at the previous year that showed her life examples and it's keen.
"This previous year lowered me, broke me, constructed me, sold out me, liberated me, and showed me what it means to truly be alive," said the 41-year-old.

"No more settling for what falls short because "who am I to ask for more?"," Sophia wrote. This year set me back in my body. I left it quite some time in the past, so that I failed to remember what it seemed like to occupy my own skin."
The Chicago PD star expressed, "For this present year sent me internal. More than ever. It removed me from relationship with a large number of you however returned me to relationship with myself."
The Good Sam actress went on to say, "I hope you are all doing well, but for this quiet and deeply personal experience I am extremely grateful."
"Watching from the rear these past months has been a gift," the podcast host explained. It has been rest and recovery."
Considering her viral ailment, Sophia noticed, "For this present year I dialed back; first since sickness constrained me to."
"Second since recuperation required more tranquility. In that manner both disorder and mending are a gift. For those gifts I am so appreciative," she added.
